I’ve confirmed the expansion freeze comes from animating grid track sizing on every frame. I’m replacing that with the reference project’s measured-height transition, while keeping Headless UI’s accessibility behavior. I’m also consolidating sort visibility and value formatting so the drawer and any reused sort UI cannot drift apart.

I’m using the Figma design-to-code workflow to inspect the exact filter drawer node and the Hydrogen workflow to validate the storefront implementation. I’ll trace the filter data from Shopify through the shared drawer components first, then update option visibility, label normalization, count styling, borders, and disclosure motion at the shared filter layer.
