Yes, and we'd encourage it. The card is the part they keep! Every package can include a complimentary gift card with your message, up to 108 characters. Two or three short sentences is plenty: say the specific thing if you can, and sign it from a person rather than a company or household. 

Sending to a list? Write one note for everyone, or a different note for each person, all in the same order. Our gifting tool allows you to “mail merge” first and last names so they are sure to feel personal. 

You can ship your own cards to our warehouse and we'll tuck them into each package. A couple of things to know: the cards need to be identical (no individually addressed envelopes), and adding outside materials can delay shipping. For most senders, our printed card with your logo is the faster route.

Yes. We offer gift boxes in several sizes, and you can add one at checkout and include your message there. Large-format bottles (3 liters and up) ship in a signature wood box at no extra charge. 

You don't need it. Send a gift link by email or text, and your recipient fills in the rest. It's often faster than collecting addresses, more accurate, and it spares you the slightly awkward "so, where do you live?" email to a client.

Yes. Every wine delivery requires an adult signature (21+) so there cannot be doorstep drops if they are not home. This is the number one reason gifts come back to us. If your recipient works during the day, send it to the office, or ask which day they'll be home. (Or send a e-gift and let them pick the day.)

Wherever someone will be to sign. For corporate gifts, business addresses are the single best way to make sure a gift lands on the first try. Just keep an eye on holiday closures: a box that arrives December 23 at an office that closed on the 19th sits in a dark lobby for two weeks. For offices, aim to land the week of December 14, not the 21st.

Yes. Add as many recipients as you like to a single order, upload your list from a spreadsheet, write one note for everyone or a different note for each, and check out once. No forms, no waiting on a callback. Our recipient list template is formatted to upload directly at checkout, whether you're sending to ten people or four hundred.

We offer a limited run of holiday-etched bottles ("Happy Holidays" and "Cheers!"). They're small-batch and sell out fast, so if you have your eye on one, order early. 

We do not offer personalized etching or logo etching.  

Absolutely! Finalize your order and payment as early as you like, then pick the ship date that suits you. Your wines are secured, your list is done, and December gets a lot quieter.
